Knowledgeable and quick to respond

We shifted over from an alternate authorised rep a few years ago and the service provided by Advena far exceeds the service provided by the previous authorised rep.  Your staff is easy to reach and work with on whatever needs to be done.  I appreciate all your support and guidance as we transition to the EU MDR.  This has been a difficult time for everyone to work through and it truly helps having an authorised rep who is knowledgeable and quick to respond.
